Everything is linked via your phone or computer. Workouts, Demos, posting and tracking of your results, feedback coaching and adjustments are all made workout by workout

COACHING FOR PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES

We provide coaching for professions athletes in the CrossFit space that need specific coaching in a particular fault in a movement or a movement as a whole that is a weakness.

GYMNASTICS CLINIC

Shane is a dynamic and energetic coach. He spots, he demos, he will talk and explain a skill and an approach to learning a skill for as long as you will listen. Keep your cameras and note pads handy, you will have lot of content to keep track of.


Sample Clinic 


6 Hour One Day Clinic 

 

2 Hour – Bar work – TTB, Kipping pull ups, Bar MU and Butterfly work. 

1.5 hours – Handstand work 

0.5 hour – lunch break   

2 Hours – Ring Muscle up work 




2 hour skill focused clinic 


Example - Ring Muscle up 

 

15 min - Warm up and  body shaping 

 

30 min - Strict Muscle up drills 

 

30 min - Swing mechanics and drills 

 

30 Min - Muscle up execution – spotted and linked reps 

 


15 min - Kipping dip and additional drills
